Multiyear partnership journey of S2S with schools

We work with school leaders, teachers, and parents as partners in change... one step at a time.

Schools that want all five together take Learn2Learn, our comprehensive school partnership program.

Hear it from a teacher who has done it

"It's not an artificially flipped classroom. It's naturally flipped. The learners themselves are so curious and involved that they want to learn everything on their own."

Sparking curiosity with teachers and students

Teachers sit where the children sit and work through an exploration themselves before they ever teach it. This is where most schools begin, an unhurried way to start with. Some of these joyfully challenging experiences also start to seep into your classrooms.

Rooting into curriculum

The classroom partnership begins with joint goals for the year. Teachers’ support becomes targeted and subject specific. Our books and kits come into the classroom, and teachers get access to the Nurture app for lesson planning and assessment.

"I used to think implementing hands-on activity would take extra time. But now, after using the Ponderbooks and with guidance on the mathematical concepts, it has become an integrated part of my teaching."

Pedagogical mentoring and conceptual depth for teachers

Extensive support for teachers towards effective classroom implementation. Teachers PCK competency assessment helps in designing a targeted intervention for each school and each teacher. We meet subject and grade teams every fortnight, before each chapter is taught. We sit in classrooms, co-facilitate where it helps, and reflect with the teacher afterwards.

"I used to teach and make them listen, like one-way traffic. But now I trigger them from observing, and from that I take it into my class."

Assessment support and design

Support on assessment strategy, a competency-based question bank, question paper review and co-design, and baseline and endline assessments for both teachers and students. Assessment stops being a separate exercise and becomes part of your own formative and summative cycle. Tracking holistic progress of learners becomes a norm in the school.

"The most remarkable aspect of this approach is that no prediction or observation is considered right or wrong. It always encourages children to explore different possibilities and design activities to test and validate their predictions."

End to end alignment

Schoolwide leadership visioning, goal setting, and impact tracking. From admissions to assessment to the spaces children learn in, everything points the same way. Support extends to learning spaces, hiring, and culture of the school itself.

What this looks like: Visioning and goal setting · Mistake-friendly enabling culture · Impact tracking and review · Teacher recruitment and onboarding · Admissions process redesign · Learning spaces · Early Years curriculum

"We adopted this program to help our teachers and children learn various skills and in the process they became knowledge generators themselves. These sessions are well planned and well implemented professional development sessions, aligned to the curriculum."

What changes when the method takes hold

We measure the same dimensions on both sides of the classroom. When a teacher starts asking more and telling less, it builds learners' competencies.
